Mentor Program
Practical help for small buildings.
Even a building with only a few apartments has many management tasks. Financial records, owners’ meetings, maintenance, and renovation planning all require attention and expertise. An owner who takes on the representative’s role may still need reliable professional support.
The Small Condominium Mentor Program primarily supports condominiums with fewer than 15 registered units . The community keeps its own representative and owners continue to make the decisions. We provide knowledge, tools, and practical help with carrying out the work.
Participants have access to:
- A Private Knowledge Library: training videos, document templates, and practical guides.
- Organized Workflows: support for day-to-day operations, administration, and renovation planning.
- Regular Mentoring: two group meetings online each month to discuss questions as they arise.
- Financial Support: accounting and reporting resources for the representative’s work.
- Individual Professional Assistance: additional services available on preferential terms.
The goal is transparent operations: traceable finances, organized documents, prepared decisions, and tasks that can be tracked.
The program builds on more than ten years of practical experience from condominium advisor Szilvia Szilber . We welcome communities of owners that want to remain independent while benefiting from professional support.
We also welcome cooperation with condominium representatives looking for appropriate support to recommend to smaller buildings.
