Information We Request and Why

We require your name and email address to respond. Your phone number, building or business name, number of units, and message are optional. We record the purpose, your selected role, submission time, and reference number. Do not submit owner lists, health information, passwords, or confidential case files using this form.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We use the information only to respond, arrange a demo, and prepare the service you requested. For an individual requesting a contract, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b); for an organizational contact, it is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and Access

Only authorized staff handling your inquiry may access it. We retain inquiries for no longer than six months from submission; separate retention rules apply to resulting contract records. To limit abuse, we store a daily-changing hash instead of the IP address itself. The web interface uses OpenAI Sites and associated Cloudflare infrastructure; their privacy notices also apply to their service-related processing.

Your Rights

You may request information, access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact office@info.hazugyvitel.hu. You may complain to Hungary’s National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and seek a judicial remedy.
