What information do we process, and why?
We record the required email address, your name, selected topics (news or offers), consent wording, privacy notice version, and subscription time. The purpose is to send information on your selected topics and document your consent. Offers may include HázÜgyvitel-related services and partner offers; subscriber information is not passed to partners for their own marketing.
What is the legal basis for processing?
Your consent, given by checking the separate consent box and clicking Subscribe. Having both topics selected by default does not itself constitute consent. Withholding consent does not prevent you from using the rest of the website.
Where is the subscription recorded?
Subscription information is handled by a Google Form and its linked, access-restricted Google Sheet in the controller’s Google Workspace account. After submission, Google’s confirmation page opens. For information on Google’s service and data processing, see the Google Privacy Policy . The subscriber register is not public.
How long do we keep your information?
Your subscription remains active until you withdraw consent. After you unsubscribe, we stop the selected messages and promptly delete your name and related personal information from the marketing register. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on your consent.
Unsubscribing and Your Rights
You may unsubscribe from either or both topics at any time, free of charge, by emailing office@info.hazugyvitel.hu from the address you used to subscribe. You can also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and, where applicable, data portability. Complaints may be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information , or you may seek a judicial remedy.
